Bauhaus was chosen for the unique format of type and line placement to appeal to a younger generation. The abstraction one could apply to the typeface and imagery could reference scattering seed. Futura and impact fonts are chosen for the clean and simple design quality. The imagery would be done in a more flat and rendered in a hand drawn quality.  Color palette taken from bees, monarch butterflies, and plants.

Screen Shot 2014-04-24 at 12.14.10 PM The imagery from the Vienna secession reminded me of an abstraction of seeds done in a vintage, yet modern simplicity. Oil can and future fonts were chosen for the type face to reflect the modern/vintage feel.  The imagery inspires a morphing seed grid pattern to bees and butterflies.  The color palette is also taken from bees and monarchs.

Pop art could be a fun and new engaging way to inspire “gardening.” I want to go neon!  Pink, teal, orange, yellow, red, and all the saturation they bring could energize and inspire younger people to plant seed. Typeface, imagery of seed, and bug antennas would be rendered in a cut out styling to reflect the pop art style.
